My wife and I have stayed at the Hilton Pensacola Beach Resort for 2 years now but definitely had a better experience the first time we stayed rather than the second time. This go around for our 12 year wedding anniversary we stayed for 10 days and on those 10 days experienced a shower that's was leaking water on the floor that also ran from the bathroom to the bed closest to the wall of the bathroom. We experienced ice makers on three floors not working even after request to the front desk to have them looked at. The room was clean and atmosphere was fun with room service cleaners doing a great job. Upon check out on our last day we were not asked how the room was or even to have a safe trip going home. Also upon request of a check out cart we were told there was no Bellman to help with check out so everything was done by ourselves. We both feel that giving a ID license to the front desk to hold a cart and also to mention pool towels  is a little ridiculous. Hopefully these little things can be fixed and have a better experience next year.

I don't think she remembered me from my stay in June, but I certainly remember her! She checked me in again today and her attitude is just infectious! A large part of that was due to Parker and the staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and stress free. The pool area is very spacious and the bar had some delicious drinks and food. Being right on the beach is a plus in its self. The breakfast was delicious and Tonya our server made our morning with her smile and great attitude. The rooms were clean and housekeeping came in daily to pick up and clean our room. The only thing making this a four star which is really a 4 1/2 star… Is that the rooms themselves need to be upgraded. We were told that it is due an upgrade in the near future. Cannot wait to come back and enjoy our stay again here at the Hilton Pensacola Beach.

We had car trouble upon arrival and they went out of their way to help us and never made us feel like an inconvenience. Andrew and Steven were exceptional. They helped us to find a mechanic and even get a lock we needed for our U-Haul from Ace Hardware. During a very stressful time, they made things so much easier.
