Chef Richard Assaf has more than 18 years of experience, studying French culinary at Sagesse University Lausanne, and culinary courses with Michelin Star Chefs, Joel Robuchon and Alain Ducasse, in France.
Chef Assaf spent eight years as the Executive Chef for the five Star restaurant, L’avenue du parc Restaurant & Lounge in France.
Chef specializes in fine dining cuisine while creating new menu items by focusing on proper technique, taste, and presentation.
Chef Richard Assaf has made his mark internationally as a past recipient of Dubai’s Finesse Cooking Award and having cooked for President George W. Bush.
He currently serves as the Executive Chef at Hilton Pensacola Beach.
